Hayden Fogle

About

A Buffalo bluesman with Mississippi in his ear.

Hayden Fogle discovered the blues while living in Mississippi, and started playing guitar just before his ninth birthday.

He was brought into the music scene at twelve, when blues legend Buddy Guy invited him to play alongside him at a sold-out show at one of the largest music venues in his hometown of Buffalo, New York. Since then he has performed with a long list of nationally known musicians, among them Buddy Guy, James Cotton, Grammy-winning producer Tom Hambridge, Lee Ritenour, Robert Randolph, Davy Knowles, Donald Kinsey and the Kinsey Report, and Bob Margolin.

In 2018 he took the Grand Prize in the blues category of the Lee Ritenour / Yamaha Music International Guitar Competition. The competition drew entrants from more than fifty countries and was judged by a panel including Lee Ritenour, Joe Bonamassa, Keb' Mo', Pat Martino, Joe Satriani and Vince Gill.

The Hayden Fogle Band came together in 2014, assembled to play real, no-holds-barred electric blues drawn from Hayden's own influences: Buddy Guy, B.B. King, Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Albert Collins. The band has been recognised as one of the top blues acts in Western New York and has been invited to perform and headline at some of the largest music festivals in the country.

He plays PRS guitars and JAM Pedals.
